History

Established in 2008, M SQUARE is the brainchild of Mr. Mahadev Gondlekar. With a vision to create a company that adds value to the lives of its clients as well as its employees, he started M SQUARE to provide facility management services to the corporates, commercial and industrial premises and Hi-Tech residential complexes in and around the city of Mumbai. Being an ambitious and self-driven entrepreneur, Mr. Mahadev was able to build a successful business with over 1100 employees and over 300+ clients catering to clients in Maharashtra, Delhi, Chennai and Hyderabad within a decade of its operation.

M SQUARE not only provides a bouquet of services that makes facility management a seamless process for the clients but also went on to nurture an ecosystem of partnerships that enabled to provide allied services to clients all under one roof.
