• Provide plumbing maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Maintain parking lots including flagpole, signage and curb markings.
• Manage or perform upkeep and maintenance of landscaping.
• Manage and monitor cleaning services.
• Manage pest control.
• Manage vending services for lounges and break areas.
• Provide general maintenance of building, interior signage, first aid kits etc.
• Supervise waste removal and maintain containers.
